Organic food purchasing behavior in China 2019

In 2019, a survey was conducted by Kitchen Stories investigating the purchasing behavior towards organic food in China. From the study, it emerged that more than 28 percent of the interviewees spent between ten and 50 percent of the groceries budget in organic food. Nevertheless, more than 12 percent of the respondents stated they didn't buy organic food at all as of the survey period.
