Relevant food product information in Germany 2019

In 2019, Kitchen Stories conducted a survey concerning the shopping behavior of people in Germany. It emerged that only 17.92 percent of the respondents paid attention to the nutritional information of the food the purchased. By contrast, more than 41 percent considered the food ingredients when going for grocery shopping.
