Excise tax rate on cigars in EAEU 2016-2019, by country
Excise taxes on cigars in EAEU countries have been gradually expanding over the last years. Russia, which had significantly elevated excise duty rates set for all sorts of cigarettes compared to the rest of EAEU members, accounted for relatively similar excise rates on cigars as its counterparts.
