Mobile internet download and upload speed in the CEE region 2023
Bulgaria achieved the best result in the mobile internet speed ranking of all the countries in Central and Eastern Europe. Data downloading in Bulgaria amounted to 89.7 Mbps while uploading 19 as of May 2023. Other countries with fast mobile internet were Estonia and Lithuania. However, Latvia and Slovenia became the leaders in the ranking of the lowest ping speed among other countries in the CEE region.
