According to a study on the projected impact of COVID-19 on retail sales in Europe, between March 9, 2020 and April 21, 2020, retailers are expected to face a loss of 3.26 billion British pounds due to disruptions caused by the current outbreak. Of the three European countries in display here, Germany is expected to suffer the most with 728 million British pounds lost during this time period.
