Eating habits during the COVID-19 isolation in Poland 2020

The period of isolation caused by the coronavirus pandemic in 2020 changed the eating habits among Poles. Six out of ten respondents cook more often than usual. Nearly half of them eat healthier, and every fourth Pole has reduced their meat consumption.
