Sector breakdown of office take-up in Central London Q3 2021-Q2 2022
In the period from the third quarter of 2021 to the second quarter of 2022, the business services sector was responsible for roughly 22 percent of the office real estate transacted in Central London. Other leading sectors were businesses in the creative industries, professional, and banking and finance. While Central London is still one of the leading office real estate markets in Europe, under the effects of the coronavirus crisis it saw dramatic fall in office take-up.
