Opinions on the mobile sales trend in the travel & hospitality sector worldwide 2020

A December 2020 study focused on the digital trends in the travel and hospitality industry worldwide. When asked about mobile sales as a proportion of digital sales, roughly two in three respondents believed that mobile sales were quickly increasing as a sales channel for their organizations. About 45 percent of the survey sample agreed with this statement and 31 percent strongly agreed. Meanwhile, 14 percent of the respondents stated that mobile sales were not accelerating quickly in their companies.
