Ghana: economic cost of violence 2022

As of 2022, the total economic cost of violence in Ghana amounted to nearly 6.3 trillion U.S. dollars, adjusted for purchasing power parity (PPP). In the year before, the cost was slightly higher, at roughly 6.4 trillion U.S. dollars. The indicator measures both direct and indirect costs of violent acts.
