Leading factors in insurance purchase decision APAC 2021
According to a survey from 2021, price was an important factor in insurance purchase decisions for about 80 percent of the respondents in Asia Pacific. The second most important factor was ability to process online, with about 67 percent of the respondents agreeing to it.
