Satisfaction of Coupang fulfillment service employees South Korea 2018-2021
In 2021, fulfillment service employees at South Korean e-commerce company Coupang were not satisfied with the working conditions, reaching 2.49 out of five possible points. The satisfaction level has risen the previous years but declined again 2021 while Coupang faces criticism about stressful work environments for employees in the fulfillment sector. Coupang offers a next day delivery service and has kept increasing the number of operated warehouses throughout South Korea to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
