Challenges faced in managing multiple media and entertainment subscription India 2021
According to a recent survey as of September 2021 on Indian media and entertainment consumers, 69 percent of the respondents who had 11 or more subscriptions stated that they found it most challenging to search for content across multiple platforms and providers. In comparison, 35 percent of respondents stated that they found the lack of content personalization across media and entertainment providers most challenging.
