Commercial real estate: tech budget increase globally 2022, by region

According to a survey among senior commercial real estate executives in finance, operations, talent, and technology conducted between July and August 2021, tech budgets of companies in the sector are expected to increase by over ten percent in 2022. European commercial property companies are likely to see the highest budget increase of over 12 percent in the next 12 to 18 months.
