Proptech industry experts lost some of their confidence in the market in 2022, with the a confidence index score falling for both investors and founders in the first half of the year. Proptech startup founders were less optimistic, with their score decreasing from 7.4 to 4.2 between 2021 and 2022. Overall, the global proptech sector has been growing, with 2021 breaking the record for investment volumes.
