Digital banking capabilities delivery among providers worldwide 2021
Integration and data exchange with third parties, and internal capabilities offered as a service to third parties were the two digital banking capabilities that decision-makers at global financial services institutions were the most interested to outsource partly or exclusively to a third party. Only 28 percent of respondents planned to build these capabilities themselves, while around between 60 to 70 percent planned to outsource it to some degree.
