About half of French companies who were actively hiring new managers in 2021, had to unexpectedly increase the salary offered to new candidates in order to effectively attract and hire new managers. Furthermore, roughly a third of these companies also required the services of an external recruitment agent of firm to source and attract candidates in 2021.
