Difficulties in hiring managers anticipated by companies in France 2022
About 90 percent of French companies seeking to hire employees in executive positions anticipated the lack of available manager profiles on the market as an obstacle for the recruitment of candidates in 2022. A further 32 percent believed that the salary expectation of executive candidates would also render the recruitment more difficult in 2022.
