Video streaming options convincing consumers to keep subscription worldwide 2022
In early 2022, global respondents were asked what kind of reduced cost options a video streaming service would need to stop them from cancelling their subscription. The majority of people interviewed in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan revealed that none of the displayed options would make them stay. However, of those consumers in these four countries who would keep their subscriptions, the majority favored an annual 12-month subscription without ads and restrictions. This was also the option that the majority of surveyed Brazilian consumers responded to.
