Most decision-making factors of buying second-hand smartphones in China 2020
According to a survey conducted in China in 2020, among respondents who had bought second-hand smartphones before, 24.4 percent of them considered quality as the most important factor affecting their second-hand smartphone buying decisions. Around 14 percent of them said that the most important criteria were if the functionalities could meet demands. Besides, the reliability of the sellers or privacy was the most concerning factor for about 12 percent of respondents who bought second-hand smartphones.
