Sustainable consumption practices when buying goods Thailand 2023
According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in December 2023, approximately 79 percent of Thai respondents who adopted sustainable consumption habits stated that they reduced the usage of single-use plastic, such as plastic shopping bags, plastic straws, or takeaway cups. The same survey found that around 62 percent of Thais adopted sustainable consumption practices when purchasing products.
