Among broadcaster video-on-demand (BVOD) services in the UK in 2022, UKTV Play offered by far the highest proportion of content hours in the drama genre, with nearly 40 percent of its content being classified as drama. By comparison, over half of My5's content offerings were classified in the factual genre. Other BVOD services in the UK generally offered a fairly even split between drama and entertainment.
