According to a survey conducted by Opensurvey in June 2022 on the reasons for cancelling an online shopping membership in South Korea, about 45.3 percent of respondents in their fifties stated that they didn't take advantage of all benefits. Other reasons stated that the monthly subscription or usage fee was expensive.
