Funding per capita of resident basic medical insurance in China 2014-2021
In 2021, the average funding per capita for urban and rural resident basic medical insurance in China increased to almost 890 yuan. In the past few years, the Chinese public health insurance system gradually reformed itself, as the rural cooperative medical scheme and the urban resident basic medical insurance were both integrated into a uniform urban and rural resident basic medical insurance system.
