Share of individuals accessing online news platforms in Portugal 2020-2023, by age
Over the observed period, the highest share of individuals accessing online news platforms in Portugal was observed for those aged 25 to 34 years old, in 2020, at a share of 91 percent. The lowest share was observed in the same year, but for individuals aged between 65 and 74 years old, at a share of 29 percent. By 2023, almost 80 percent of 16 to 24-year-olds accessed online news platforms.
