Share of people who bought digital media products online in Portugal 2020-2023
Over the observed period, digital media purchases in Portugal were higher regarding the download or online subscription of films, series and sports programs, at a share of 34 percent in 2020 and 38 percent in 2023. Purchases of games decreased from 17 percent in 2020 to 15 percent in 2023. With the lowest share of purchasers, health or physical exercise apps recorded a share of six percent in 2023.
