As of 2022, more than half of NHS staff in the United Kingdom agreed their buildings suffer from connectivity not-spots and that they have to regularly switch between devices or networks to carry out tasks. Furthermore, over 40 percent of staff agreed patients struggle to connect devices and this causes stress.
