The opinion of NHS staff across England was rather divided when asked about staff shortages within their organization. In 2022, every second surveyed NHS staff stated to not have enough staff at their organization for them to do their job properly. This is an increase from less than four in ten staff who thought so in 2020. Nonetheless, approximately 26 percent of surveyed NHS staff stated they have enough staff at their organization for them to do their job properly in 2022.
To what extent do you agree or disagree with the statement "There are enough staff at this organization for me to do my job properly"?
