In 2020, approximately 87.3 percent of people aged between 16 and 24 in the United Kingdom identified as being heterosexual, the lowest among the provided age groups. As of this year, 5.3 percent of people in this age group identified as being Bisexual, compared with just 0.3 percent of people aged 65 or over.
