This statistic shows the percentage change in the average amount spent on lunch per day by employees in the European Union (EU) from 2012 to 2015. Employees in the United Kingdom (UK) pay on average 29 percent more for their lunch in 2015 than they did in 2012, whereas employees in Spain spend on average 8 percent less.
