Shopping: scenario with retailers when buying goods UK 2015 This survey in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2015 posed the scenario of a favourite clothing retailer or brand making wrong suggestions to customers regarding items that the retailer thinks would be perfect for the customer based on their fit preferences, measurements and previous pruchase history. Among the total population being surveyed, the majority, accumulating to 33 percent stated being disappointed as the technology seemed not to have worked.
