Survey on number of coffee cups consumed daily in Norway 2017

The statistic displays the results of a survey on the average number of coffee cups consumed daily in Norway in 2017. That year, the amount of coffee or coffee drinks consumed during the week was generally higher than on a weekend day; only occasional coffee drinkers consuming 1 to 2 cups daily had a bigger demand after coffee on the weekend than during the week. The majority of respondents (38 percent) stated to drink 3 to 4 cups on a weekday, while the corresponding share for a day on the weekend was 30 percent. Roughly two percent of the respondents drank no coffee during the week.
