Italy: consumption of organic eggs 2017
This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted in Italy between June 26 and July 5, 2017. During the survey, individuals were asked to indicate the type of eggs they usually consume. It was found that 25 percent of the interviewed people mostly bought organic eggs. The majority of people declared to consume both organic and non-organic eggs (56 percent), whereas 19 percent stated they eat only non-organic eggs.
