Ideal residence for the elderly according to the French 2017
This statistic shows the opinion of the French on the ideal place of residence for the elderly in 2017. It can thus be observed that more than 60% of the respondents were of the opinion that everything needed to be done to enable the elderly to continue to live at home. On the contrary, about a third of respondents felt that older people should continue to live at home as long as it was possible, but then they should move to specialized institutions.
