Italy: low-fat cured meat consumption 2017, by age group
This statistic illustrates the results of a survey conducted in Italy between August 1 and September 4, 2017. During the survey, individuals were asked to indicate whether they sometimes consume low-fat cured meat products, sorted by age group. According to the survey results, only a tiny fraction Millennials (16 percent) used to eat cured meat with a lower fat content. Conversely, 48 percent of the respondents aged 35 and over declared to consume reduced-fat cured meat.
