Gender pay gap for full-time workers in the UK 2021, by sector

Despite making progress in recent years, the worst performing sector for median gender pay gaps in the United Kingdom in 2021 was seen in the financial sector, with a median pay gap of 23.6 percent, meaning that full-time male employees made almost 24 percent more as a median amount than women.
