Distribution of battle royale gamers in the U.S. 2019
Battle royale games are online multiplayer games that pit up to hundreds of players against each other in a fight to the death. During a 2019 survey, 41 percent of active gamers stated that they had played a battle royale game such as Fortnite, Apex Legends or PUBG in the past month.
