This statistic displays the share of respondents who engaged with a company at least once via social media in Australia in 2017, by generation. During the survey period, around 63 percent of trailing millennials aged between 14 and 27 years reported to have engaged at least once with a company in the last 12 months via social media. In total, 48 percent of the respondents reported to have engaged with a company at least once via social media in the last 12 months.
