The share of people in Sweden who were satisfied with the democracy in the country fluctuate over the past decade, but was generally between 70 and 80 percent among all age groups. In 2021, the younger generation (16-29 years) had the highest satisfaction rates, whereas 50 to 64-year-olds had marginally lower levels.
