Italy: number of early-stage private equity and venture capital investments 2013-2017
This statistic illustrates the number of early-stage private equity and venture capital investments in Italy from 2013 to 2017. Over the period taken into consideration, the number of early-stage private equity investments reached an all-time low in 2014, when 42 transactions were carried out. Over the next years, the number of early-stage private equity investment transactions grew more than threefold and peaked at 133 in 2017.
