Italy: willingness to pay for olive oil 2018

This statistic illustrates the results of a survey on the average price paid for purchasing olive oil among Italian consumers as of June 2018. According to data, nearly half of respondents (48 percent) were medium spenders and paid on average between six and ten euros for a liter of olive oil. By contrast, 13 percent of consumers were willing to pay over ten euros a liter.
