Although a lot of countries have started to test the effects of easing their coronavirus lockdowns, this doesn't necessarily mean that the general public are ready to take advantage of these new found freedoms. As the latest Statista COVID-19 Barometer survey indicates, the majority of people in the UK would still be wary about visiting a wide range of locations, even if the government would allow them to do so.
At the top of the 'avoid list' are pubs, bars and clubs. Quite understandably the idea of spending time in an enclosed space with people drinking alcohol is, while surely tempting, not one most people are drawn to for the time being. Similarly, concerts, cinemas and theatres would likely not be frequented by many people at this stage were it possible.
Most say they would be willing to head to the hairdressers to get rid of that lockdown hairstyle, though 35 percent still say they'd rather embrace the spring 2020 look for a little longer.
