Social media usage among children in Denmark 2018, by social class
In 2018, children from a lower social class in Denmark spent more time on social media daily than children from other social groupings. While 24 percent of the kids from a lower social class spent at least four hours a day on a weekday, this was the case for 18 percent of the children from the middle class. In contrast, only 13 percent of the children from a high social class spent the same amount of time online.
