Opinion on bank services and new tech in Italy 2019
This graph illustrates the results of a survey regarding banking and new tech conducted at the beginning of 2019. When asked about the services offered on devices by their main banks, almost one in two Italians (42 percent) did not have an opinion about it or did not care. On the other hand, approximately one in four respondents (27 percent) thought their bank was too conservative and would have liked it to introduce a wider offer of services on different devices.
