Frequency of consuming plant-based food alternatives in China 2021
According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in November 2021, around 27 percent of respondents in China who knew what plant-based food products were said they consumed plant-based food alternatives several times a week. Meanwhile, only around three percent said they used only plant-based food to substitute animal-based products.
