Netherlands: share of people reading non-fiction books, by genre 2019

According to this survey cooking and travel books were among the most frequently read non-fiction and information books in the Netherlands in 2019. Close to 30 percent of readers surveyed in 2019 indicated that they read travel books and guides at least once every three months. Meanwhile, this figure rose to approximately 40 percent for books about cooking.
