During the coronavirus (COVID-19) emergency, Italian consumers changed their purchase habits. A survey from March 16, 2020, revealed that 38 percent of respondents increased their spending on house-cleaning products.

The outbreak of COVID-19 has been declared a pandemic. There have been more than 300,000 cases reported on multiple continents.
