Importance of features on streaming services U.S. 2020
An evaluation of the most important features of a streaming service found that the ability to watch content on a television was ranked highest, with 49 percent of respondents considering to be very important. The survey held in the United States in June 2020 also revelead that other variables such as if the service provided daily news were deemed significantly less important.
