Share of U.S. auto dealers with digital retailing solutions 2020
In response to the coronavirus pandemic, the number of U.S. auto retailer franchises using digital solutions increased in 2020, from 64 percent on April 10 to 81 percent on May 29. Independent retailers were less likely to invest in digital solutions and only grew over a short period and remaining largely unchanged over the second quarter of 2020.
