Alfa Romeo car sales in Italy 2012-2020

The car sales in Italy of the Milanese company Alfa Romeo increased from 28,326 units sold in 2014 to 43,112 cars sold in 2018, although it experienced a considerable decrease as of 2019. Its sales figures dropped further to just over 17,200 units in 2020. Alfa Romeo is one of the brands belonging to the Fiat Group and recently started selling its new car model, Alfa Romeo Stelvio.

Market share

In the period from 2013 to 2018, the market share of Alfa Romeo decreased from 2.43 percent to 2.26 percent. The same trend can be noticed regarding the market share of Fiat vehicles, which dropped from 21.2 percent in 2017 to 16.7 percent in 2018.
