Brazil: chatbot developers 2022, by NLP engine provider

During a survey conducted in 2022 among companies that developed chatterbots using natural language processing (NLP) in Brazil, 36 percent of them stated that they used their own NLP engine. Approximately 12 percent of responding companies stated that they used a NLP engine provided by IBM.
